You can request deletion of all your PosteAhora data at any time. We offer three ways to do this. All methods remove your connected social accounts, scheduled and published posts metadata, and any tokens we hold on your behalf.
1. Disconnect from inside the app
Sign in to PosteAhora, open Connections, and click Disconnect next to any social account. To remove your entire account and all data, open Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
2. Email request
Send an email to legal@posteahora.com from the address associated with your PosteAhora account, with subject "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 7 business days.
3. Automated Meta-initiated deletion
If you remove PosteAhora from your Facebook, Instagram, or Threads account (Settings → Apps and Websites → Remove), Meta will automatically notify our servers via a signed callback. We will permanently delete the corresponding connected account, posts, and tokens. You will receive a confirmation code and a link back to this page to track the status.
What gets deleted
- Connected social account records (platform IDs, usernames).
- OAuth access and refresh tokens.
- Scheduled, queued, published, and failed post records.
- Cached analytics data tied to those posts.
Note: posts that were already published to your social platforms are not removed from those platforms — you must delete them in the corresponding social app. Server logs may retain anonymized request metadata for up to 30 days for security purposes.
