How do I schedule a Pin?

Connect your Pinterest account, add an image or a video, pick the board, and choose a date and time. PosteAhora publishes the Pin through the Pinterest API automatically at that moment.

Can I choose a different board for each Pin?

Yes. Every Pin has its own board, and a board is required. Pick one of your boards in the composer, or create a new public or secret board right there.

Can I schedule carousels and video Pins?

Yes. Two to 5 images make a carousel Pin. A video Pin carries one video, up to 100 MB, with a cover you pick from its frames or upload.

What size should a Pin be?

Pinterest recommends a 2:3 portrait image, for example 1000 × 1500 pixels. Square images work too.

How long can the title and description be?

The title up to 100 characters, and it's optional. Your caption becomes the Pin's description, up to 800 characters. Alt text can be up to 500 characters.

Can I add a link to a Pin?

Yes, a destination link on any Pin. On a video Pin, a link needs a cover image: upload one, or pick a frame so it is saved as the cover.

What happens if a Pin fails?

You get an email with the reason, and you can retry the post with one click from your posts list.

Can an AI assistant schedule Pins?
