Why do I need my own bot?

Telegram only lets bots post to a channel, and a bot must be added by an admin of that channel. Using your own bot means you keep full control: you can revoke its token in BotFather at any moment and PosteAhora immediately loses access.

Is my bot token safe?

Yes. The token is encrypted before it is stored and is never written to logs or shown back to you. You can revoke it in BotFather whenever you want.

Yes. Scheduled Telegram posts are sent automatically — there is no reminder to act on and no manual final step.

Can I post to a group instead of a channel?

Yes. Channels, groups and supergroups all work, as long as your bot is an administrator there. Private one-to-one chats are not supported.

How long can a Telegram post be?

A text-only post can be 4096 characters. As soon as you attach media the text becomes a caption and Telegram caps it at 1024 characters — PosteAhora shows the right limit as you type.

How many photos or videos can I attach?

Up to 10 per post. They are sent as a single Telegram album, with your caption on the first item, exactly as it renders in the app.

Does PosteAhora show Telegram analytics?

Accepted Answer

No. Telegram's Bot API does not expose view or forward counts for individual posts, so we do not report Telegram numbers rather than show you something invented. Your channel's own statistics remain available inside Telegram.

Can I connect a private channel?

Yes. A private channel has no public @username, so connect it using its numeric chat id instead. Everything else works the same, except that published posts have no shareable t.me link.
